Paulina Porizkova is showing appreciation to the women she's worked with throughout her iconic supermodel career.
The 57-year-old took to Instagram on Wednesday to share a video appreciating the women photographers she has worked with over the years. In the clip, the supermodel shows some behind-the-scenes moments she experienced while working with her friend, Jill Greenberg.
"My modelling career has now spanned 42 years. And I can safely say that in the last two years, I’ve worked with more women photographers than in previous forty combined," Porizkova began in her caption. "Shooting with a woman feels different."
"With a man behind the camera, you aim to seduce. I’m not talking about literal seduction, but a sort of play where you want to feel desired — even as an object. With a woman, it’s more like playing dress up; a sense of sharing yourself rather than objectifying yourself," she continued, adding that she recognizes she doesn't understand what it's like to be a man in front of the camera.

Porizkova began wrapping up her caption by appreciating the work she's been able to do with other women recently.
"I'm ever so grateful for all the work I've done recently with female photographers. None more than my friend Jill Greenberg," Porizkova added.
"We met at a shoot for an LA magazine cover, and became fast friends. She's passionated, talented, strong and beautiful, and if she's ever taken a bad photo of me, she has kept it to herself," Porizkova joked. "Also, what a great voice she has on the voiceover, right?"
Porizkova concluded by using several hashtags, including "#sisterhood" "#womensupportingwomen" and "#femalephotographersrock."
